1. Order Processing Time All orders are carefully prepared within 1–4 business days before shipping.

2. Delivery Time Delivery usually takes approximately 7–14 business days from the date your order is shipped, depending on your location and courier conditions.

3. Shipping Delays ⚠️ Please note: Due to increased shipping volumes, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances, minor delays may occasionally occur. We always strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience in such cases.

4. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the package or that the shipping address is accessible.

  • Orders marked as "delivered" by the courier's tracking system are considered successfully fulfilled by MilesBags.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered after the courier confirms delivery.
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and reshipment or refund is not guaranteed in this case.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, we ask that you contact us directly at milesbagsinfo@gmail.com — most issues (delays, tracking questions, order concerns) can be resolved quickly this way.

  • Tracking information showing successful delivery will be submitted as evidence in the event of an "item not received" dispute.
  • Orders that fall within our stated processing and delivery windows are not eligible for "item not received" chargebacks, as delivery times are clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
  • We keep records of order confirmations, shipping confirmations, and tracking history for all orders to support dispute resolution.
